Technology Strategy

Aaron is passionate about technology and innovation as ways to impact the community. It is what led him to study Computer Science at Makerere University. He is also a lover of cricket.

His passion has led him to the Imagine Cup Worldwide finals (2012) as a representative for Africa, Microsoft Innovation Centre as volunteer and student champion, ITU Telecom World Conference in Dubai (2012) as a representative for Uganda.

He has over 3 years’ experience as a developer and has worked with T4T (makers of environmentally friendly sanitary pads and water tanks) as well as global software company, ThoughtWorks.

Aaron is a custodian of the company’s vision and drives it to yet greater heights.

Joshua Okello

Co-Founder & Team Leader

Joshua has an impossible passion for technology, innovation and literature (writing & poetry) as tools for socio-economic development. He is a developer, poet, writer and blogger.

After reading Robert Frost’s “The Road Not Taken”, he was struck hard enough to reconsider his pursuit of a career in the medical profession for one in IT. He studied Information Systems at Makerere University.

He has previously worked at Orange Uganda in the Marketing Department (Value Added Services). He has represented the continent in the Imagine Cup Worldwide finals (2012), and represented the country in 2013 Pivot East competition.

In 2014, he represented the team at the Innovation Prize for Africa as the youngest ever finalist. 

He does freelance writing on technology and business for various magazines and newspapers, most recently in the UK-based Technology Banker magazine (September – October, 2013 issue).He is a volunteer at the Microsoft Innovation Centre (since 2012) and The Lantern Meet of Poets (since 2008) and a Microsoft Student Partner/Champ for Makerere University.

As a Co-Founder, he is a custodian of the company’s vision. He is also primarily in charge of growing the business.

General Manager

Edmund is a patient and hard working person. He has got his eye on the cloud for both business & personal use.
With his knowledge in Computer Science from Makerere University & a background of Marketing which he picked up from Coca Cola, he manages our major Product Mambo that ensures that we meet community needs with “Real Solutions”.

As our General Manager, he ensures that we are up, running & still in business.

He is also Project Manager of WinSenga, our Microsoft grant winning project aimed at reducing maternal and new born deaths due to complications during pregnancy.

Product Delivery, Mambo - "Cyber Space Captain"

In the beginning there was the internet, and then there was Ian. Ian is a new age web master, and SEO and online marketing guru. If you want to be seen in Cyberspace all the while maximizing ROI, he is just the person.

He studied Computer Science at Makerere University, is a WordPress enthusiast, loves football and a staunch Manchester United fan.

Ian manages our e-presence management service, taking your brand to more audiences faster, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.

Graphics & Design Lead

Hillary is master of colour and brush (both digitally and otherwise), and multimedia. He sees the colour and beauty in the world unseen to us mere mortals. And it is this beauty that he recreates in concepts, visuals and graphics. He previously employed his masterful strokes at Standard Signs and Sign Care, Uganda.

Hillary studied Industrial Fine Art at Kyambogo University.

With over 3 years’ experience under his belt, he gives life to our brand and products, and ensures that the team doesn’t die for lack of a little colour.
